of native birds have been recorded

in the sanctuary, including about 60 species of migratory birds

of over a hundred species of migratory birds including herons, sandpipers,
terns, cormorants, gulls, egrets and also the brahmini kites.

All Kerala Wheelchair Federation, Kozhikode unit had a very enjoyable voyage through the Kadalundi river with about twenty differently abled people. The group returns with a lovely ride through the scenic beauty and the wildness of the Mangrove forest. This voyage is blessed with unforgettable moments as it prepares in the pure purity of a silent journey. May more tourists come here.
